Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return that has original tags in place, and has not been worn, washed or altered from its original condition for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are clean and un-worn. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly. TnT Western Wear reserves the right to reject any return request.
To return or exchange your purchase, please wrap the package securely and include original tags and the invoice you received with the shipment. Please indicate the reason for return on the back of the invoice. You may return your online purchase to the store or send merchandise to:

We strongly recommend the use of traceable shipping service for your returns as we cannot process any exchanges or credits for lost or mishandled merchandise. Allow 4 weeks for your credit or exchange to be processed. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to contact you about exchange/store credit options. Delivery charges are not refundable.

All orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are based on the weight or dimensions of the product. All "in stock" items are shipped the following business day. All orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day. Due to our shared stock between both our physical stores and our online store, filling any order is subject to availability. We will contact you if the order cannot be filled. We do appreciate your business and your patience as we review our inventory and our ability to complete your order. Please allow extra time to process your order during busy Holiday seasons.

In an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions, we may use some information, such as your email address to contact you at a later date.
